If you're not using a spreadsheet (ie. Excel) during the story development process, what the heck do you use to organize scenes and avoid plot holes??

@OsaEunice Once I have my plot outline and character bios, I make a list of "scenes" to be included in the book. Each line for each scene should I include the a character goal, conflict, and disaster, followed by a sequel type scene that includes a reaction, dilemma, and decision. This scene-sequel structure keeps the plot tight, exciting, and makes writing a heck of a lot easier.
