If you ever face failure in your life, it can hit much harder than you expected. You may have already thought about all the worst possibilities while preparing, but once you actually face failure, everything feels different because you have to handle it on your own. It affects your mental state the most because that's where it all begins. Your mind starts racing with countless thoughts all at once, or sometimes everything just becomes numb. You are the only one who truly knows what you are feeling because it's hard to make people understand the storm that is happening inside you.

Handling such a situation is very difficult. It can completely drain you, especially when you are already tired, and the hardest part is when the people around you don't understand what you are going through. I'm sorry if you have ever been in such a situation, and I'm proud of you for handling it, even if all you could do was stay silent. You did your best, and that matters, no matter what people say. Failure doesn't define your life. You can always start again. I know it's easy for me to say, but trust me, it's worth it. Never give up. Fear is real, and it's completely normal, but start again whenever you feel ready.

Some people will always pass comments while sitting in their comfort zone. They don't know your journey, and that's why it's easy for them to criticize. They may lack understanding or choose not to see your efforts. Even if you succeed one day, some people may say it was just luck. They may overlook the years of hard work you put in. So don't let their words stop you. Their words may sting, but you know what to do—keep going and keep doing your best. Have the courage to start again. Every new beginning is a sign of hope. Every beginning is scary and full of discomfort, but the ending becomes meaningful when you finally see your hard work reflected in the results.

At least once in your life, you must have looked at someone and thought about their abilities. You may have felt that they are good at many things and are doing better than you. They are good at things that you aren't, and it can lead to low self-esteem. Look, I know it hurts. It really hurts a lot, no matter how much people try to comfort you or say kind things. In the end, you are left alone with those overwhelming thoughts and insecurities. I understand because this feeling is hard to explain to anyone, even to the people who truly understand you.

You need to first focus on yourself and your own abilities. If someone is doing better than you, it doesn't mean you aren't good enough or that your efforts don't matter. The more you put yourself down mentally, the more it will affect your abilities too. You will slowly lose interest in the things that make you unique. It doesn't matter how much time it takes you to complete a certain task. What matters is that you are putting in the effort. Each one of us has different abilities, and we are all different.

It's okay. It's completely fine. No matter how harshly the world treats your abilities, you should never lose your sparkle. I know it's easy for me or anyone else to say, but it's okay to move at your own pace. Life isn't a race. Some people judge others because they don't know how you feel or what you are struggling with. They only expect perfection. They aren't ready to accept the real you because it takes patience and understanding, and not everyone has that. Keep doing your best in everything. I believe in you. Take care of yourself. I hope your day is going well.

Most people find it hard to let go of the things that hurt them the most, yet they still can't let go. The reason is that they are too attached to realize how deeply and painfully it is hurting them from the inside out. I'm not saying it's an easy thing to do or that you can forget about it quickly. It takes time—maybe days, months, or even years. It depends on the person. But it isn't impossible. You know that too. First, you need to have the courage to accept that you are being hurt by the very attachment you can't let go of, no matter what form it takes. You need to accept that it is hurting you and not bringing anything good into your life.

Now imagine you are holding onto a rope, and you are the only one putting in the effort. The strength it takes is slowly draining you. No matter how strong you are, your energy is being used where even more strength is needed, yet you are handling it all alone without accepting how much it is hurting you. By this, I mean that you should learn to let go. Not everything is meant to stay. You can't force anyone to stay. People make their own choices, and you can't force them to change those choices. If you do, then they aren't staying because they truly want to.

I know it hurts deeply, and sometimes the pain can't be explained with words. But the more you expect and try to force something, the more it will hurt you. Slowly, it can leave you feeling empty, to the point where you no longer recognize yourself. Letting go isn't easy. It's difficult, but it isn't impossible. The peace you feel after letting go is far better than silently suffering while no one knows what you are going through. Your efforts matter. You are worth more than the way people define you. Take care of yourself.

If you are working on yourself or on anything important, then you have to be patient with yourself first. Everything takes time. Your focus should be on the process more than anything else. What most people do is keep questioning everything: "When will it end?", "Is this going well?", "Am I doing the right thing?", "What if I mess up like every time?", or "What if I get judged?" These thoughts often lead to overthinking, and you already know how that turns out.

The moment you start overthinking, it can slowly lead to self-hatred. It's the truth. People often end up blaming themselves for every little thing just because they aren't getting the results they expected. No matter how much a person says they don't care, they usually do. And when they are alone, they blame themselves for everything. You need to understand that you don't have to be perfect. Progress matters more than perfection.

I understand that another reason people feel this way is the constant nagging from the people around them. Their constant jabs and taunts can affect you deeply. Sometimes, it's the silent judgments that hurt the most. It takes a lot of strength to overcome all of this, but remember, it isn't impossible. You can do it, and you will. I trust you.

Learn to appreciate yourself. It's okay to feel too much at times, but that doesn't mean you should stay in that state forever. Take care of yourself. You matter, and so do your efforts.

The more you try to justify yourself to someone, the more you lose yourself. I'm talking about the forced justifications you give to people who don't want to understand you in the first place. Yes, in some situations there are misunderstandings that need to be cleared so they don't affect the relationship between two people. But if someone is constantly bringing you down for no reason, then you are not at fault, and you don't need to pressure yourself into thinking that you are failing at something.

Sometimes even your loved ones can have different opinions about you because of misunderstandings or other reasons. But the people who truly care about you will not make you feel pressured all the time. You need to think carefully before blaming yourself for everything. That's how overthinking slowly takes over your mind. The most important thing is to understand yourself first. If you haven't done anything wrong, then why blame yourself for no reason?

You are often the first person to give up on yourself, the first one to stop standing up for yourself. It's normal to feel overwhelmed or completely exhausted. You may even feel like everything is falling apart and that you are the reason for it all. These feelings happen, but instead of overthinking until those thoughts start eating you up, take a moment to think calmly about the situation. Take care of yourself. You do matter.

@positivitea_, your words really got to me this time.
Like I was actually blaming myself for some stuff.
            Which they were my fault.
And they did ruin my future.
But you just reminded me that I shouldn't give up and stop trying.
            I never thought I mattered.
I thought of myself as this useless person.
That has no reason to even exist because they keep failing.
Your words make me overthink all my overthinking.
Why did I even stop believing.
I have to do the same thing 2-3 more times in life.
            But I won't fail those.
No matter what, I'll keep believing.
            Thank you for everything.
