Initially Dark Angel is black/grey. When both quirks mix when the conditions are met they'll be half golden white pretty fluffy wings, and half black grey ruffled)messy to look like falling from Grace. But even then the dark angel side will still have his own dark Grace it's not going to look like broken wings. The powers that the fallen angel will have will be darkness, debuffs (like despair, etc) and buffs (but with a cost because they have fallen from Grace). So they went from being a radiant divine all around supporter (because Angel's blessing is capable of support, defense, and offense) to a dark grace conditional all arounder. I also feel like the fallen Angel should be able to feed off negative emotions to get stronger and should be able to amplify them because again if angels blessing gives you faith and hope, then the fallen Angel should give you despair, fear and paranoia. And the aesthetics for the fallen Angel is again black with gray and the user will have a shimmer that allows the wings to shift between black and dark gray very similar to Angel's blessing which are golden white with Divine Golden light. And they will go into the combined double-state only if conditions are met. But I will include drawbacks such as if the user uses one side more than the other, it will create a disbalance. They have to equally use both sides very similar to Todoroki's half hot half cold quirk. And I feel that only one side should be able to use Angel's blessing and the other side should be able to use fallen angel (so the user will be divided half Divine half fallen Grace) but this is for when both quirks mix. Not the actual quirk itself. Because this transformation will be like a sub Awakening or sub evolution of the fallen angel quirk. Did I capture what you're going for?
