I dislike the rumors about me being a hillbilly, mosquitoes (who doesn't?), when it's too hot for anything.

Like a few of the other states I was my own nation. For ten years in fact. I admit I wasn't taken up as Al's state right away, but oh well.

Technically America is my "adopted dad" but I see him more as a "brother."

I welcome most of fellow states to my house, and other good friends as well. Arkansas and I have a huge rivalry though!

Ho should I describe my appearance? Well my hair is brown, my eyes are brown also. The color of my skin is warm. I appear to look 19. I'm not too tall and really I'm not at all a "shorty." My body is a tougher build, and I'm not just goin' to talk about my chest. That sounds a bit... weird.
