Hello all,
          
          As I've replied to some of you, I owe you once again another apology.
          
          I have the Daughter of Black mapped out on how I want the story to go and how to finish it.
          
          You'll love the end of the story, I promise. I've been writing this story for most of my adult life, and it is my passion project. Poured from my soul during times of happiness, times of heartbreak, and times that I felt alone in the world.
          
          All of your comments and encouragement truly keep me going, as well as the joy of seeing the plot of The Daughter of Black starting to come to a close. We're so far from where I started years ago, and I have grown as a writer since then.
          
          However, as I've gotten older, the corporate world drains my creative soul some days. It's just the truth of it, and this story deserves my full attention and not some half-written version.
          
          I've had a few family emergencies (the A03 curse is real - I swear).
          
          Any story I start will be finished. This obviously includes 'The Daughter of Black', but 'Visions of the Sea' as well.
          
          Thank you so much for your understanding, and your continued comments and support.
          
          You all are what keep my passion for writing alive.
          
          I'm finding a way to leave the corporate world and still be financially stable, but more chapters will come out soon.

In case you didn't see the current update for The Daughter of Black, I have returned from the void. All the messages you all have left over the years warms my heart. I'm so happy to be back. A promise is a promise, and I plan to fulfill mine. The Daughter of Black will be finished.
