Hello again! Sorry for spamming these I must be quite annoying! Xd I’m currently still having these chest pains and they are getting worse lol I went out for a walk and thought I was gonna pass out. I don’t know what’s going on really. But because of this I’m getting really stressed out with work as I’m behind, I keep thinking I’m going to fail and stuff like that lol. I really hope things start to change. But on the bright side I have this bear called ted and I spray him with lavender spray to I get to sleep better and not have nightmares and panic attacks C: I read to try and relax myself but usually my brain won’t allow me to read and I become impatient and overwhelmed which isn’t fun bc I love to read!!!!!
Anyway! I hope you are all okay!!! How’s your day going? Remember to take the medication you need! Drink some water! Have some food and make sure you are okay!!! I love you so much. I’m proud of you.
