That clearly wasn't weird, John thought. He had made it look like he was watching porn. Like he had been reading his thoughts Sherlock said; "Its not illegal to read the newspaper John."
"Old reflexes." John excused himself as he opened the newspaper up again, knowing very well he had never done that by reflex before. Now John knew Sherlock would be intrigued. He was acting like a boy getting caught watching porn, when he was just reading the newspaper. The victim would've probably gotten murdered at home being caught watching gay porn. And if John was honest, his own father would've probably disowned him as well. That made John's stomach turn. Was that why he was obsessing over this specific case, when they've solved hundreds before? Did he relate to the boy?
