Hello, my name is Lorelei Kinter - simply LK for short. I don't go on Wattpad much anymore seeing I have now set up my own blog using WordPress - blogsbylorelei.wordpress.com - and that is now what I use to post my stories. I hope the web address comes out as a link. I turned sixteen on the 11th March this year.
Currently, I'm working in a café as a waitress and in my spare time I blog (before you think I'm a massive blogger, I'm not. I've honestly just started.) I have a younger brother called Corny (short for Cornelius and who by the way, doesn't really like that short name). Corny's one of those computer geeks who reads Randall Munroe books such as the Thing Explainer, What if? and xkcd.
Honestly, I have no idea what inspired that obsession. I tried reading What if? for his sake and as he kept nagging me and PRETENDED to understand it. However, didn't.
I've sort of been writing since I was eight. I did want to be an author before that but never actually started writing until that age. Receiving a laptop on my twelfth birthday sealed the hobby for sure and when I was fourteen, I started Wattpading (that's a word right because it's not in the dictionary). I didn't really know much about blogging until I read The Manifesto on How to Be Normal which is a seriously depressing book (as Holly Bourne books are). After reading that, I decided to start my own.
I work in 'Hell Below', which though the name suggests it, is not a creepy rundown restaurant. It's a sweet café and actually quite nice which is why I decided to work there. I live in Devon and won't tell you the specific place where I live as I don't want a random stranger to know that (for obvious reasons). Anyway, welcome to my sight and enjoy my works.
