Woah. I'm alive. Holy crap. For those of you that stuck around, thank you so much. It's been a longggggggggggg year and between school and work and ECs, writing was honestly the least of my priorities. I guess I was in a sentimental mood, then, when I came back to read some of my old stuff. THE CRINGE. I CANNOT. But in all seriousness, writing is an insane learning curve and I doubt I'll ever be able to regard myself as an objectively "good" one--the first week, my style seems alright; the next, my style evolves and I cringe in hindsight. Ah, the joy. But now that I'm older and Weak Hero is close to completion, there are a ton of avenues I'd like to explore (with clarity and maturity, I hope). Hence my decision to rewrite the majority of Black Rose within these coming weeks -- although I doubt I'll be able to do NaNoWriMo, I can do Three-or-Six-Month-WriMo. Thank you again for your time. It's good to be back.

@Lorene707 I know right? Writing has a huge learning curve, but so do a lot of other things like art and singing. All creative arts have learning curves, heck, even physical labor outside of creative arts has curves. I've been writing since 2015 and lost track for a long time, because i was os invested in writing and watching my own stories unfold that I hardly paid attention to the amount of improvement over the years. I've studied as much as I could and I still feel like there's so much more to learn. I love it and I sure hope you can enjoy the mysteries and adventures of your works too. :D Watching stories unfold in your imagination, having stories take control of their own lives without you so much as expecting it, and having them surprise you. It's an addictive feeling, especially the rush of unexpected emotions that come with it. I have a few cringy stories too that I look back at and go 'ew!' XDDD But strangely people still read it and idk why X'D! But anyway, keep up your amazing work and keep your mind open, let your stories flow with life on their own! :D
