To My Esteemed Reader:

My name is Lorimer Graveskeeper. I am a modern- day collector of frightful antiquities. I have begun this correspondence via the world wide web to share with all of you a number of curious tales and artifacts that I have stumbled upon in my years of research. I've travelled the world seeking evidence of the liminal place between life and death and found many tales that would interest the macabre imagination. These tales are previously unpublished, as I have myself only heard them in whispers, hiding in the cupboards of haunted rooms, and once, notably, aboard a vessel headed to the end of the earth, never to return.

These stories are written for those who love to shudder in the night- dreaming of evil, ghouls, and all that lies beyond the veil.  I ask only that you keep an open mind and a tightly locked door.
