          Some promises were kept, many were not,
          Forever is mere myth, reality is all we've got. 
          But even in the dark, there's a spark of light,
          a ray; an answer to unspoken prayers,
          the thunderstorm has an end too.

          Life might be full of sadness, disappointments, negativity and i'm not big on motivation, but one thing i can assure you of is that it'll not last long. Someday it'll end. We all just gotta live up to see that day. 
          
          This year wasn't the best. Friendships that I thought would last forever actually did not, distanced from people I have amazing memories with and yada.
          
          But happiness, I believe is dispersed in the clouds like sunshine on a chill winter morning. Though pellucid, but still there. 
          I may have lost a lot but what I've found worths more. Like these bunch of ppl from watty. Made friends, grew close and the rest is an enchantment. 
          
          Especially my most favourite person, my best friend, my soul sister, mele me bichdi hui behne as we call each other.

          Riri, you're the sunshine that I talk about. You might not know this, but you're quite literally the only reason I've made it through this year. Cliche, but I could totally call you my better half. (no one's to know she emotionally blackmailed me into texting her when i was ghosting everyone)

          It's been a hell of a year,
          thank god we made it out. ♪ ♬ 
          
          2024 is finally coming to an end. 
          This year was like an hourglass. Time kept cascading like the sand, never seeming to stop, never taking the missed moments into consideration. And now it is ending without giving the severed relations a second chance. 
          
          It was just January when we couldn't imagine even havin' doubts,
          But the ending is here to let us know, 
          not everything works out.
