I currently translate between Spanish, Portuguese and English as well as teach English as a second language.  I love to write in my spare time and also really enjoy reading non-fiction. 

I used to work on cruise ships, I lived in the Dominican Republic and am now  a single parent to a vivacious seven-year-old. I have traveled since the age of 19 but returned to the UK to complete my university degree in Spanish, Portuguese and Brazilian Studies. During this time, we have had the pleasure of traveling through most South American and Latino Caribbean countries. I am currently at the University of Surrey, completing a Master degree in Translation and Interpreting.

I hope to write about some of my personal experiences this next few years and, hopefully, you will find something of interest in my stories, thoughts and reflections.
