New writer alert!

After a long time wishing I had the courage I figured it was about time I gave sharing a piece of my own universe a try.

This is completely new territory for me. I have zero experience sharing my writing with other people, so I'm equal parts nervous and excited. That said, I'd absolutely love to hear your thoughts on my work. Any feedback is genuinely appreciated. Just remember there's a human being on the other side of the screen with feelings and a slightly fragile writer's ego. 😅

I have a pretty chaotic work schedule, so most of my writing happens during late-night shifts. There's something about those hours that helps keep the words flowing.

Right now, I'm working on my very first actual novel, and it's inspired by a true story: a relationship I had many years ago that left its mark on me. This has always been ✨the✨ story I meant to share with the world, which is why I chose it as my debut. Of course, reality and imagination are blending together as I write. I'm adding, changing, and creating as I go. Though I'll say this: to anyone who was by my side back then, it'll be pretty clear which events and people I'm drawing from.

I'm hoping to find a safe space here to give life to my writing and maybe make some friends along the way. Thanks so much for being here and for reading.
