I have been reading Winter-Rose and Winter-Storm, your book is very captivating; however, in trying to make it interesting you’ve created so much plot twist that has confused you too (I think).
Book 1:
Winter seemed to be the reincarnation of Rose the sun goddess, and Damien is Alec is the moon god, they were married and had a daughter (Aelle). Rose had a god that was obsessed with her who turned out to be Octavian’s father, who had a son that was obsessed with Aelle. Octavian(John) and his father messed with Damien and planted Krest.
Then turned out Damien has always loved Winter but was threatened by her mother (Rosalia) who is meant to be strong but isn’t strong.
Book 2:
We see Damien get control of himself, but now Alec and Rose never were together Zia who is meant to be rose’s mother was in love with Alec.
Sebastian: at one point in chapter 30 Amelia states his older than the twins and then a few paragraphs later she states that he is their age mate.
From what I understand, Winter is a descendant of Zia and has all of Zia’s power, but she is also a reincarnation of Rose having her power as well. While Damien is the reincarnation of Alec is also known as the Beast.
There is Octavian (John) who was the one that worked with Taylor to feed Damien the cookies, the real Octavian dug to uncover all that John was doing and played the role of John to weed out their true enemies.
Amelia has been working behind the scenes protecting her children and gathering an army to fight the real enemy (Zach)
Zach is Zia’s husband that is searching for Zia’s descendants to destroy them.
