Okay everyone. I had an idea. Most states don't recycle their cans for money. But I was thinking that states that don't could send their cans to states that do so that that money could go to support systems,or charities. It was just an idea that probably won't work because no body will help but I feel people who need the help aren't poor, they just need help. Thanks.
