          	Hello, dear readers! 
          	I hope you're well and safe! 
          	
          	As I mentioned a little in my latest chapter (Yachi’s birthday chapter), I am not going to start Season 3 Shiratorizawa vs Karasuno until after I finish the birthdays that I skipped over. I thought I’d be done by now, but I can’t believe I hadn’t had the time to do them all. (Who knew these birthday chapters would be so time-consuming? I usually write an episode chapter in like 2-3 days!) 
          	
          	Furthermore, I will not announce a new date for the start of Season 3 at this time. (I don’t want to get your hopes up and disappoint you all again :( )
          	However, for those of you who love this story as much as I do and want to read more, please know that I am still working on this book and am writing more!! I have so many ideas — as I’m sure you’re sick of hearing already lol — for future chapters and editing past chapters!! 
          	As proof, I think I’ll post some sneak peeks of scenes and chapters I have not published yet on Tumblr (@ loveai2) to show that I have not given up on continuing this! These will be for people who don’t mind reading my rough drafts (aka not final versions of the chapters) and who are okay with knowing spoilers for this story. 
          	
          	Please do not worry as I will label Haikyuu manga and time skip spoilers, so you don’t accidentally read anything you don’t want to read! 
          	(Please ask if you have questions regarding any of this!) 
          	
          	And so, now that I’ve done Yachi’s birthday, I have Moniwa, Bokuto, Mibuchi, Tsukishima, Fukunaga, Murasakibara, Nishinoya, and Kenma’s birthdays left! (8 birthday chapters) 
          	(If you look at the Extra: Birthday List chapter, you’ll see that there are many other birthdays in the months of August and October, and while I may mention them, I’m not going to make a chapter for those birthdays.)

hiiii!! I'm good, how are you?? I actually recently graduated college and my time there was amazing! now, I'm trying to get it together to deal with the life changes lol 
            thank you so much for asking how I've been and checking in♡ (and for reading my previous announcements!) and sorry, I would've replied sooner but wattpad didn't give me a notification :( 
            
            short answer, yes. I still plan on continuing the book, and I have all those many drafts still in my notes app. but I don't think I'll be updating regularly soon. to be honest, I've been spending significantly less time writing than I used to :( 
            but I'll work on posting a chapter or two for you! and so that people know that I'm still alive haha

            I’m doing well but very busy; I keep wanting to write more things but my hands are so full right now :( I’m still working on chapters when and where I can! I want to finish a chapter soon so I can upload it for you all (it’ll probably be the next chapter in line which is Bokuto’s birthday!). I realize it’s been SO incredibly long since I’ve last updated the story —longer than I ever thought it would be. I thought I would finish all four Haikyuu seasons this year or next year, but I don’t think I foresee that happening lol

Omg thank you so much<33 and it's so good to see you again! i'm finally done with my busy semester at school, so i have more time to write now. thank you so much for this message and for reminding me that i should write more for readers like yourself who're waiting for new updates! it doesn't stress me out at all! 
            i really want to get some chapters done over the summer and publish what i can. i'm not good at predicting what i'll get done, but i think finishing the birthday chapters is a nice goal (so i can finally start season 3 sometime this century lol). i started reading the Haikyuu-bu series last week for more inspiration too :) 
            i feel so grateful and blessed and thankful to have readers like you and returning fans who love this story! i re-read the chapters a lot too and edit them sometimes lol. you be safe and healthy too ♡♡♡

***Part 1 of my announcement: 
          
          Hello, dear readers! I hope you're well and safe! 
          I come to you today with slightly sad news... 
          
          *I’m going to push back the publishing date for season 3.*
          
          I was originally only going to take a three-month break, but with school and busy schedules, I haven't been able to work on the missing birthday chapters as much as I'd wanted and hoped to. 
          I still have eleven birthday chapters to write: Sakunami's (8/30) all the way to Kenma's birthday (10/16). TwT
          
          I'm finding that these birthday specials are more difficult to write than the regular episode chapters... (Probably because I don't have much to go off of.) But, I have small ideas for them!! And I want to finish these before moving on to the ten episodes of season 3! 
          
          So...
