Well, I got this thought (specifically for Potterheads) Sirius Black was a member of the Black Family. Then he got disowned and got adopted (not legally) by the Potters. So technically James and Sirius were brothers. So James' son Harry was Sirius's godson+nephew. Then Narcissa was Sirius' cousin sister and her son Draco would be Sirius' nephew. So technically, Harry and Draco are cousins with a common uncle.
