I never was able to spend summer at home with friends or family. None of the "going to the swimming pool" with the closest friends. I was always sent away to some summer camp, or a relative I've never even met before. Now that I'm 17, I have one more summer to suffer through, surrounded by those who I don't know, giving me looks I didn't appreciate. But, this last summer, it was different. I never got those looks. I got looks that made my heart melt, from a boy. A boy I tried not to fall for, but did anyway. A boy who lit up my world like nobody else. A boy who's name was Harry. And I did everything just to be with him, running away included.
