Hey everyone. Now that I have completed my Dr. Pepper Girl series, I’m going to complete my Donnie Darko fic The Sleepwalker. 
          
          I began it last fall but left it unfinished for other fanfics. I’m going to rewatch the movie to make sure the rest of my fic coincides appropriately. 
          
          If you haven’t watched Donnie Darko yet I high recommend it.

          I had SO much fun writing this story. In fact so much I decided to continued with a part two. 
          
          What inspired me to write this was the whole Eddie Munson craze of the summer of 2022. 
          
          As an adult I can definitely see his allure. But I also know that if I was a teenager today, I would have been all about Gareth. He’s kind like Eddie but not as intimidating. As a teenager I didn’t go for the main guy. I always was drawn to the side character. 
          
          We briefly got introduced to The Hellfire Club in season four. But because we only got to know so briefly, it made my imagination run wild. What would Gareth’s home life be like? If he liked a girl, how would he go about it?
          
          Being a teenager is a very brief time in your life. Yet those years are so important. I took small bits and pieces of my life and people in my life as a teen and intertwined it with Dr. Pepper girl to make a likable but also realistic character. 
          
          I’m so happy you Gareth fans commented and liked my chapters. It means a lot. Even if they don’t bring back the rest of Hellfire for the final season of Stranger Things, I hope this fan fiction gave you a little bit more of them. Thank you! 

Currently writing the final chapter. I want to make sure to do my best for my Gareth girlies who have supported me since I began posted part 1 over the summer. Stay tuned! 

Just posted Chapter 11 of Dr. Pepper Girl part 2. It’s the fall of Hawkins. The town has split into four. Unexplained chaos ensues. Will Gareth ever get a chance to apologize? 

Just posted chapter 10 of Dr. Pepper Girl part 2. Eddie is still missing. The Hellfire Club are the town pariahs and Gareth is still giving the cold shoulder? Will anything change? Check it out and see! 

Currently brainstorming chapter 10 of Dr. Pepper Girl part 2. I’m trying to stay as true to the season 4 timeline the best I can. Figuring out how it’s going to lay the foundation to the eventual ending. As much as I love writing this story, I am just sad as it draws to an end.

I want to let everyone know I’ll be updating the next chapter of Dr. Pepper Girl within a couple of weeks. 
          
          It’s going to be, a lot. I’m trying to figure out how to get all the important details in. I was going to do two more chapters. But I’m thinking maybe extending it to three more. 
          
          I really enjoy making a story that would have also taken place during season 4. It’s really fun making a separate story for a minor character that we only got a very small glimpse of.
