LovelyMissTeardrop

I just get so excited when someone reads my story. It's like Christmas; I'm receiving and giving a gift :] Thank you, guys :)

LovelyMissTeardrop

Ladies and gentleman, fans and friends, I've come to a revelation about myself and my writing.

I can't write what you want me to write.

I love teen fiction. I really do. It makes me smile and laugh and honestly, it's still my favorite genre... But it's not what I'm meant to write.

This past year, I've been searching for myself and my writing style (you'd be surprised at how desperately important finding your writing style is!)--- and I found it.

It's passion. It's tugging at people's heart strings. It's making people think and fall in love with the words. It's life changing and raw and heart-felt.

And teen fiction just doesn't cut it for me anymore. I don't feel happy and passionate writing it like I once did.

I'm taking Briar Patch and The Memories We Make down, at least temporarily :] Thank you so much.

          Paradise and pancakes,
          Markie
