You're right! Grace was to have been on some type of contraceptive. I'm thinking her injury, the stabbing, could that have effected her ability to become pregnant? I also thought that Gwen and her partner would have received a more severe punishment than imprisonment. Those two are smart and conniving. They could find a way to break out of prison.
