I wish fan fics of the cosmere weren’t so niche bc I’m currently reading rhythm of war again and I’m in desperate need of fan fic recommendations. The one you have written is by far the best I’ve found, I thought with such a popular book series surely there would be more out there but apparently not. I’m so thankful for your writing and I can’t wait to read more, and if you know of any other fics out there please please please let me know, it doesn’t even have to be x kaladin. Literally anything will do. I just wanted to post some support

Thank you so much for those kind words! I’m really glad someone is enjoying it. I’ve been kind of slow with getting chapters out mostly because I want this to feel as authentic to the Stormlight archive as possible. My goal is that someone can read this and think “Yeah, that could totally happen”. Since the original story is so complex and has so many layers in the story, it takes a lot of outlining and set up to get the right effect. I think you’ll love what to come if you stick around though! This week I’ve been working on outlining Kaladin and Lana’s relationship growth and I promise it will be worth it once we get 40-50 chapters in. And yes, my outline already has 40 chapters while only going up to the assassin in white attack I think it will turn out really good and be lots of fun to read, and maybe even help cure some Stormlight hangover, once it’s all written out.

I’ve literally only discovered Brandon Sanderson like late this year and I’ve already DEVOURED all of his books (within the cosmere) and whenever I have a fixation on something i needdddd to read some fanfics. So I’m definitely in a slump because there’s so much that can be done with the Stormlight Archive books and there is literally nothing out there. Also Kaladin is my fav, he’s such an interesting character so it’s just a bonus that you chose him to be the love interest. If only I could write then I’d be sorted. So thank you for putting in the time and effort it takes to write something like this, especially to do with stormlight because these books are incredibly detailed so props to you for taking that on really, I very much appreciate your work :))

I was in the same place as you going through my last reread so I decided since I couldn’t find any fully written Stormlight fanfics, I’d make one instead. I’m super happy that you’re enjoying it!
