Hey everyone! I promise I'm not dead yet, just busy with real life stuff. However, during this time, I've decided to create a group of Facebook that is intended to be a place for Wattpad authors, and on like sites, to share their works!           MASKED: part-twenty six is titled The Start of a Healing Journey.
          The end of the story is actually a new beginning. Tate's travels go well, as he explores some of the places that his father always spoke about. Finding beauty in the world that he never deemed possible, making new friends, and even adopting a stray cat. Letting go of his hatred and finally able to start working through all of the trauma he has endured, Tate is ready for what the next chapter of his life has to throw at him.

          Missing Tate, Giovanni begins to reminisce about a day that the two shared before they parted ways. A spiral, a first date, and another interaction that just made Gio realize how utterly in love with Tate he is. His worries are still prominent, though… the two never made their relationship official. What will the consequences of that be? Will there even be any, with someone like Tate that is so laid back? Gio doesn’t know, but his anxieties still try to eat him alive.

          Seasons change, time passes, and the world moves on. What happened at Praxis Industries has left scars on New Elysium that are soon patched up and pieced back together. The hero team falls back into their daily lives, which have all changed in different ways. Tate and Giovanni meet up as the former reveals he's leaving to go on a much needed trip. Not knowing when he'll return, he makes one thing very clear… It's not goodbye. Everyone needs a break, and this is just another step on Tate’s journey towards healing.

MASKED: part twenty-three is titled The End Comes In Shockwaves.
          Assembled for the battle, and having evacuated as many people as they can, the hero team rushes towards Praxis Industries with Leviathan. A battle ensues, and they're too late to stop the overload as it's triggered by The Silent. Total Eclipse and Sentinel get away just in time, but Conduit and Spitfire stay behind to try and absorb all the energy from inside the reactor to stop it from overloading. Sacrifices are made, and lives are lost.

MASKED: part twenty-two is titled The Weight of the World... or at least All of New Elysium.
          Reviewing the information that they gathered from Praxis Industries, the team is left in utter shock. By Gio's calculations, which are rarely wrong, there is a nuclear reactor that The Silent and Warmonger seem to be wanting to overload. The explosion and shockwave would wipe out almost all of their metropolis home. Everyone leaves to gather up anything they need for the coming battle. Gio runs into his father, who tries to tell his son that he should be more focused on his career in football than anything else he has going on.

MASKED: part twenty-one is titled A Very Strategic Game of Chess.
          Telling the hero team everything he knows about The Silent, Warmonger, and other players on the board, Leviathan reveals that this all centers around one company. Praxis Industries, the place where his exo-suit originally came from. The team agrees to work with Leviathan, under very specific conditions. A plan is concocted, and Leviathan plays it out very well… until Warmonger shows up. Under the mind control of Vision, she's even more pissed off than she was before. Somehow, Leviathan still manages to pull it off and get the information that the team needs without dying.

          MASKED: part twenty is titled Training Goes Sideways.
          The Crawfords are ready to see what their new gadgets that Gio designed for them can do. Finding a secluded location to test them out, things go relatively well… until Leviathan comes to crash the party. He tells the three of them that he isn’t with Warmonger any longer, and then all four of them are attacked by new players on the field. Vision makes his presence known by sending out The Silent. Leviathan tells his children that they have more villains in their family than they knew.

Sorry for not posting about any updates! My new job has been rather ROUGH. Anyway, here's a post about the part that went up on Monday! (Things get spicy in this chapter✨️)
          
          MASKED: part nineteen is titled I Want This, With You.
          Tate is back out in the streets finally after being shot by Warmonger. Fighting crime and testing out his limits on his own. Despite that, he and Giovanni are ready to take their relationship to the next level. After having in depth conversations about what they both want out of the night, Gio's anxiety starts to get the better of him. He spirals, and Tate realizes what's happening before it gets too bad. Talking things out again and with plenty of reassurance, the two plunge deeper with their relationship.
