I think it was your book something like alicante or adicante . Jk was enigma werewolf who was trapped in tae basement by his father in half beast and half human form. Tae used to give him food then they had sex kinda jk forced it as it was jk in beast form but tae didn't regret it. Then tae along with jin ,tried to let jk escape . They went to forest ,tae release jk but jk wasn't leaving tae so tae forcefully ran. Jk fainted and yoongi saved him but had lost his memories. Meanwhile tae got pregnant and mind to remember tae was marked by jk during se* but when jk fainted and was injured, tae mark begin to burn and fade and tae thought jk died.
