There will be many difficult challenges in this life, some in the form of situations that we may not have any control over, others manifested within the people we meet. When things get tough, keep your head up and smile. Look into the faces of people who tear you down and laugh. You are not devalued by anyone's words, nor are you lesser then anybody. I know it may be hard at times, but you have so much to offer, and this life has so much to offer you. You have skill, own it!! You are your own person, and there are people who care deeply for you.
