          Ok, talking to my depressed followers, have you ever been told to draw on yourself instead of $h? Cause I recently was recommended to draw a butterfly on my hand every time I felt the urge (it worked a bit actually, I was told to name the butterflies and if I relapsed the butterflies would die), anyway, I just started drawing on my leg whenever I felt the urge the cut, and it actually has been helping, so if your struggling with $h like me, this method might work for you, just a recommendation, and you don’t have to try my methods <3 I hope this helped for those who decided to try the idea <3
