@Lucidyaoi If this isn't too much to ask, why not have a story with Midoriya x Kouda? In it, Kouda has a secret foot fetish and that he wants to share it with Midoriya. The both of them go to a quiet part of the forest surrounding the school, and they get to the foot worshiping.
