So, recently we were given news that on March 1st, Akira Toriyama creator of Dragon Ball and Dr slump passed away from a type of Brain bleeding. I won’t claim to be the biggest dragon ball fan ever, but I want to thank Akira Toriyama for his work, not only for his incredible creation of Dragonball but also for inspiring many of my favourite series that not only have given me many years of joy but also inspiration for my own creative writing. To the grandfather of Shonen and inspiration to many, Akira Toriyama, I bid you farewell and hope that wherever you have ended up, you are happy. There will NEVER be another series like dragon ball, and there will never be another mangaka like Akira Toriyama
