Can’t find a BL book I’ve read and want to re-read. Don’t remember the title nor the author sadly. I do remember the plot. So it starts in the present where this guy(main character) is working and then he sees this guy(love interest) he fell head over heels with back in high school that suddenly disappeared. He confronts him but the guy but he doesn’t recognize him, for he has amnesia from an accident. They’re both now at college(I think they go to the same one) and the main guy tries to befriend love interest and basically try to rebuild what was lost. Stuff happens, love interest is naive and gets tricked into going to his teacher's house and the teacher tries to put the moves on him but main guy comes in saves him. But then love interest ex comes in but love interest doesn’t recognize him until he becomes abusive and then BAM! Love interest starts remembering. He remembers that his ex started to become manipulative and abusive. Love interest is in his house while ex is restless in trying to get him to forgive him. So love interest was genuinely in love with main guy cuz he treated him right. So he low key was cheating on abusive ex. OH, and the most important part was like abusive ex kidnaps him and locks him in his house for hecka months maybe even a year. Abusive ex broke love interest’s legs so that he would be able to get out and a think bashed his head which caused the anemia. So towards the end, abusive ex kidnaps him again but main guy comes in to save him. They’re both driving so main guy hits the car in order to stop him. And yeah he saves him, abusive ex goes to jail and yaaay. OK SO IF ANYONE KNOWS WHAT STORY IM TALKING ABOUT LIKE PLS TELL ME. I REALLY WANNA READ THAT AGAIN.
