Well, right-o then... I've likely been an Anglophile for far longer than most of my friends: (that was pretty much ever since 1D came along... sigh. What is this world coming to?) and my childhood has been littered with British-isms. (not entirely sure how to spell that, the spell-checker's being unhelpful, as usual.) I joined up mostly because one of my good friends (a huge 1D fan,) is always on this site, and maybe I'll be able to trick her into reading some of my stuff! (here's hoping!)
Anyhew, about me? I like irritatingly obscure books, such as the Children of the Lamp series, Thor's Wedding Day (by Bruce Coville,) and Odd and the Frost Giants (by Neil Gaiman. I LOVE Neil Gaiman...) Erm... I like my Zeppelin and Nirvana, along with my Beatles and Monkees... (yup, I do have variety...) I adore Billy Joel and I'm enamoured of writing with big, flowery words that a lot of people have to look up in a dictionary in order to understand me... though mostly, I try to keep it toned down. I do enjoy the occasional sketching, which usually involves drawing manga-style,. I'm actually coming out with some nice little drawings in my beloved little red notebook...
Some of you might possibly know me, Lucinda M.H. Cheshir, from FFN or FPC, and yes, I am the same person. :D Wait a sec-- spell-checker just tried to tell me that "Lucinda" wasn't a recognizable word, and that I must have meant "Lucian" instead. What on Earth?! Yeah, I have constant issues with spell-checker. Like the time it told me I spelled "had" wrong, and that I meant "potato." Okay, it didn't say "potato," but I forgot what hare-brained scheme it had in mind for that particular instance.
Peace, love, and potatoes,
Lucy
Oh, gosh... can't you just tell I wrote all this at 23:00?

@Lamprophony Heheh... Well, if I was that'd certainly make my life a lot easier (or, considering how much grief Iblis and the other Ifrit cause, maybe not...) but my wisdoms haven't come out yet...
