@erenscardigan ever since i made this connection, i cant help but think about shu and valt paralleling itafushi's conversation while megumi was merged with sukuna shu and valt's final battle being valt's way of bringing him back despite shu being so deep into the Red Eye persona—to the point where he's saying he's spriggan and valt refusing to let that happen. megumi sinking deep further in despair as sukuna overwhelms him and yuji saying he'd be lonely without him. ohmygodddd ik this is semi all over the place but my brain is going crazy thinking about it ANDDDD the whole kenjaku-suguru possession could almost mirror the way valt meets shu but as Red Eye again. OHMYGODDD

@erenscardigan I JUSTTT READ IT AND I AGREE WITH YOUU 100%%%% shu's character is so well made, and the anime personality change made the Red Eye persona hit much harder. had it followed manga shu, it wouldnt have been much of a shocker since thats just How Shu Is most of the time, just more willing to hurt valt. ough.....shu kurenai you magnificent character....

ive finished two chapters and all i need to do is edit them now. i think i can say with confidence that they should be going up sometime today.
the chapters will focus more on character interactions rather than including any fight/main plot! i actually went a little crazy and rewrote like, two more chapters after that. it just needs heavy editing so theyre definitely not going up today
anyway, i actually dont know if wattpad notifies readers if i republish an unpublished chapter. its been a while since ive posted anything lmao so ive forgotten. anywho, im excited to see your reactions if you've stuck by with me for so long!

I think i can somewhat say the new chapters will be released sometime this weekend if I lock in, if not, sometime next week
