The thing that I hate more about writing Fanfictions Is when I'm deep into the plot, and I start to wonder if: I'm being repetitive, I'm being too fast, there are too many time skips, I'm adding too less detail, I changed their personalities, and lastly, I'm not canon enough.
          
          It's such a stress.

Today I was lost in my own town and stopped a random woman, asking her if she knew were the shop was, obliviously in italian. She looks at me with sad eyes and goes 'aw i'm sorry.. english?' 
          AND I WAS LIKE
          "why yes no problem.. uh you know where's the supermarket?" And the LOOK on her face lmao cause she didn't expect someone my age to speak this good
          She was so sweet tho ngl I love British people

When your second language skills get so good you start mixing them up
          Like for example I use english verbs with the Italian conjugation and my family looks at me like •-• 
          Or I randomly start thinking in english or talking in english, and forget words
          "Oh yes and then I ate a... How do you say donut in italian?" 
          "Ciambella."
           "Ah yeah right thanks" AND THIS HAPPENS TOO OFTEN
