Hello.
I've unpublished my two DDLC Wattpad stories. No, they're not gone, they're just put on hold for an indefinite period.
I need a break and some time to reflect. As of now, I'm completely unhappy with how Volumes 1 and 2 turned out, not because the story is bad, but because I'm a perfectionist writer and I sincerely believe I could have done better, written better, offered a better experience.
I've been browsing AO3 and the conclusion is clear: people there know what they're writing about most of the time, and the comments are so much more constructive. I no longer like the structure Wattpad offers, even though it's accessible and simple. The lack of interaction on that platform making it increasingly difficult for me to get there.
I've created my own account and started a new story that I'm more proud to be writing. I know exactly where I'm going with this (the story is about Max and Chloe from Life is Strange).
However, I think that in the future, I'll write a new DDLC story (on AO3), which will revisit the plot of Volume 1 in a much more serious and complete way.
