Luiz Fernando Contatori Romano Meneses Botelho was born in São Paulo, Brazil, on July 24, 1958. He graduated as a psychologist from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas and in Marketing (Communication with the Market) from ESPM, both in São Paulo. He obtained his certification as an executive coach by Erickson College International, in Italy (Milan and Rome, 2013-2014, respectively). From 1982 to 2015, he worked as an organizational transformation consultant and change manager in some of the so-called "Big-5" management consulting firms (Coopers & Lybrand, Ernst & Young and in Strategic Consulting at IBM Brazil). He has been working in management consulting and professional services for the past 33 years, both in local and international projects, in Brazil (in most regions), Latin America (Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay and Venezuela) and in the United States (Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, New York, Ohio, West Virginia). Self-defined as: "No labels. Free minded. Receptive to new ideas. Luiz values knowledge and experience sharing. Music and Art are essential to life, as well as projects and actions aimed at helping to create the best possible conditions for everyone in regard to education, employability, quality of life, self-realization, equality, sustainability and world peace."
