You know that moment when your walking home and your with people but in the back of your mind you feel a thought conjuring. When you get home and finally sit down you begin to have a mid-life crisis. Turns out that while walking home I continuously though, "hmm, when am I gonna die, like what's gonna kill me?" so as soon as I get home I decide to list the factors and I realise that your actually afraid of dying. Not so much the death part but the fact that after this life you'll never remember who you loved and cared for in your lifetime, memories that you made are just gone, but for what? For some reason your mind cant think of it, a solid answer so my mind is just trapped, trying to figure out a stable answer that makes sense.
