High School Horror, Urban Myths, and the Stories I Never Got to Tell…

I'm writing DAGA to commemorate my high school years—in all their sadness and glory. They weren’t glamorous, and they weren’t always kind, but they were real. And in a typical Filipino public high school, that’s more than enough material to grow from—and write about.

Just like any place filled with young minds, school can be both a dream and a nightmare. We had our share of ghost stories, school curses, and the kind of drama that makes you wonder if you're living in a teleserye. From abandoned bathroom stalls to haunted artifacts—I’ve heard them all.

So now, I’m turning those whispered stories and imagined horrors into fiction. DAGA is the story that’s been haunting the back of my mind for years. I’m writing it not just to release it from my mental jail, but also to see if all my late-night crime show bingeing finally paid off.

I still consider myself a work-in-progress as a writer, but I’d love it if you’d give DAGA a shot once more chapters are up. Chapter 2 is in the works!

Exciting News!

          Hi everyone!

I'm thrilled to share that I’ll be joining The Wattys 2025 with my newest project, Daga — my very first mystery-thriller story!

This is a huge step for me, and I’m excited (and honestly, a little nervous) to bring you along on this journey.

I’ll be updating Daga every Sunday night (Philippine Standard Time), so make sure to stay tuned for every twist and turn. The first chapter drops TONIGHT at 8:00 PM.

Your support and feedback means the world to me, and I hope you’ll enjoy unraveling the mystery as much as I enjoy writing it.

Let’s make this journey unforgettable together!

          See you every Sunday night!

After the Fall – my mini-poetry project – is finally complete! I’m especially proud of the final piece, which I just posted today. I’d love to hear your thoughts and feedback, so please drop a comment after reading it.

I’m working on something new, diving into digital illustration on Canva. It's inspired by my final poem, so be sure to check it out. Thank you all for your incredible support!

So sorry for the delay on my poetry update!

I was waiting for an update from the contest publisher about my manuscript. It didn't make the cut. It still needed a bit of rework. The thing is, this is the second part of my re-entry to Wattpad and I cannot wait to publish the revised version here!

          So excited,

New Piece Alert for AFTER THE FALL!

Life still feels just as confusing as it did when I was younger. That’s the one thing I’ve realized while writing this brand-new piece. The "Never-Would Tree" is an allegory for what it’s like living in a cookie-cutter world, where fitting in is the norm. In this piece, I’m opening up about the vulnerability of being part of groups but never quite feeling like you belong. ‍️

It’s for anyone who’s ever been included but still felt on the outside. Stay tuned for more! ✨
