It was my birthday on Friday and I've never felt more depressed as I have this last month. Taking a break has been hard and it's only getting harder. 

To my followers. 
          
          I lost my aunt to cancer last week.
          So many deaths one after the other. 
          It's been hard. 
          
          I work in a hospital, I see death everyday. 
          Things are not getting easier, nor are they getting better. 
          As healthcare workers, we're burnt out, we're exhausted and scared. 
          So many first liners and essential workers have lost their lives , so many who leave behind their loved ones and yet we find others who irresponsibly party, drink, ignore rules and regulations for a good time that could cost you your life and the lives of others. 
          Is it worth it? 
          
          We all want it to end. 
          We all want it to be over.
          But this is where we are now, we have to work TOGETHER, to overcome this obstacle. 
          It won't last forever, but it'll feel like it if we don't change our behaviour. 
          
          PLEASE wear a MASK.
          WASH AND SANITIZE YOUR HANDS.

          My gran has fallen ill and I lost a very near and dear friend to cancer. 
          
          I'm not able to keep up with the notifications right now.
