@ Gojos_wife_real i feel exactly the same.
It's like the harder we try to get smarter the dumber we actually get the damn education system doesn't give us enough pauses so if we have one we try to distract ourselves from our thoughts try to have the most dopamine possible and that's how our attention span gets ruined, no we feel dumb and try to fix it but we cant instead we're to hard on ourselves and only get in deeper.
