So, as some of my friends know, I've been writing a book since October of last year, and I'm very proud of the work I've done thus far. I was scared to write what is technically a fanfiction story, but I'm ultimately grateful that I did, because there has been an incredible opportunity for my story to reach far beyond what I ever expected. 
          
          My book, The High Road, has inspired a full scale production of an audio drama podcast! I'm currently working with a team of professionals to bring the story of Dema and Trench to life in audio format, and though this project is a voluntary passion project among us fans, we're putting in our best work to make it legit. 
          
          Our story will follow my main character, Lita, and the other Banditos as they navigate life in Trench and fight to liberate the city of Dema. 
          
          We're about to begin auditioning voice actors for the show, and if all goes to plan, the first episode should be ready to drop by the end of September. 
          
          I'm beyond grateful and excited to be working on this project with my fellow TØP fans, and I cannot wait to show you all what we've been working on ❤️

Mini announcement, because I simply cannot contain my excitement. 
          
          First, I'm more than 2/3rds done with The High Road! There are still two major canon events left, plus the subplots, but a lot of the groundwork I've laid in this story is a setup for the sequel(s) to come 
          
          Second, there has been an exciting development for the future of the story, and as much as I'd love to share all the details right now, I must wait until production is in full swing. For now, let's just say The High Road has inspired an adventure in a whole new format, and I can't wait to see where it goes!

Hey, guys. I just wanted to drop in and let yall know that the next chapter of The High Road is still in progress! It's a major Canon event, so it's taking me a long time to get the details just right. I've had to dive back in on my lore research to make sure I'm as accurate as possible. Hey! For those of you who are following the story so far, THANK you! I want to post this here so everyone is able to see. 
          
          I'm making a few edits to the completed chapters for continuity issues I found. The more I write, the more the plot is laying itself out in front of me, and there are some things I need to fix to make it make sense. 
          
          For anyone who may be worried that this is strictly a romance story between TB and Lita, don't worry! I'm developing more canon background now, and the main focus will be on the story. Still, it's nice to have that warm-fuzzy feeling mixed in with your anxiety every once in a while lol
          
          I've already made the decision that even if nobody ends up reading this, I'm going to keep writing. I'm planning on ending this story at the point of Levitate, timeline wise. The sequel (yes!) is going to follow what happens with the Banditos during the SAI era, including all the details on how TB coordinated Clancy's escape from the ship. There will be more to come after that, because if I'm going to write 2/3rds of the lore, I HAVE to finish it. I would go insane if I didn't. 
          
          This project means more to me than just wanting to explore this world that Tyler and Josh have brought to us. This is my Kitchen Sink. Tyler told us that if we were searching for purpose,  we should write something, even if it's worthless. So, here I am. Feel free to come join me in Trench, frens ❤️
