The Agency: Next Mission just hit 1k reads! Thank you so much for all the support, it means the world to me.

Also, Wattpad just launched a new series feature so The Agency is officially now in its own series!

Hey there,

I just wrapped up reading your story, and honestly I’m still sitting here thinking about it. The way you write is so vivid, it practically paints the scenes itself. It has that rare spark that makes a story unforgettable.

While I was reading, I kept picturing it as a comic because your writing is so visually rich. I’m a freelance artist who loves adapting stories into comic form, and I’d be absolutely thrilled to collaborate with you if it ever interests you.
No pressure at all just genuine admiration.

Behind the Scenes Fact 4: While Hope was always a character (even if her name did change), she wasn't always the M.O.M operations manager and Elijah's childhood friend: in one version she had gotten trapped in Playtime Co and was rescued by Elijah and Shiloh (which I guess still kind of made it into the final cut) and in another, she was a part of a team with three other girls (Grace, Violet and Lydia) who ended up investigating Odd World and would have met up with the gang there.

No because I really only had four behind the scenes facts (for this season at least) so we will jump straight into the new season (with two chapters, though one is only a brief recap of the previous season)

@Luunawriter Will we get another Behind the Scenes Fact next week, or will we jump straight into The Agency: Next Mission?

Behind the Scenes Fact 3: The Agency went through a couple of ideas: I initially planned to include the Among Us videos and Hope's character (then named Daphne) was essentially monitoring the Among Us videos which were considered training sessions. I also played with the idea of doing a documentary type story where a camera crew would follow the M.O.M around, this is also where Cyrus was first introduced as a character, then he was the host of the documentary and had a sister.

It's official: the last part of If Water Fights had Mods has just been posted meaning The Agency is now completed!

Thank you so much for all the reads, votes and comments, it's meant so much to me to see people enjoying the story! Special thank you to Its_DavyJones, laurenzoisbest, pipipandabooks, ChaseYourDreamsWSkye, cando37, eviesmoon and everyone else who I'm probably forgetting, but know you are all amazing people and I appreciate you so much!

The story will continue in The Agency: Next Mission which will follow the same posting schedule of every Friday starting July 25th. Given that's a few weeks away, I thought it might be fun to share some behind the scenes facts (aka stuff I never actually ended up including in the story).

Behind the Scenes Fact #1: Cyrus was initially a mercenary who had a more antagonistic relationship with the M.O.M and called Shiloh "Princess" as a nickname. He was actually written as this character for the first two chapters before I decided that version didn't fit with the story I wanted to tell and changed his character accordingly along with his faceclaim.

Once again, thank you all so much and I look forward for you guys to join me in the next book!

@lunathelightfury0075 it was Minho from the Maze Runners (I had planned to change the timeline around so Shiloh was older) but decided that it wouldn't work for a variety of reasons, namely it would make the story a little darker, so went back to the beginning and changed Cyrus's face claim to match Shiloh's age

@Luunawriter What was Cyrus' original faceclaim?

Hey!

I just finished reading your story, and honestly, I loved every second of it. The way you painted each scene was so vivid, I felt like I was watching a movie play out in my head. The world you’ve created is so rich and imaginative, it totally gave me comic book vibes!

Have you ever thought about turning it into a comic? I really think your story has the kind of heart and visual energy that would jump off the page and grab people.

I’m a commissioned artist, and I’d be genuinely excited to collaborate with you if you’re ever interested in exploring that route. No pressure at all, just putting it out there! If you’d like to chat or see my work, feel free to find me on Discord at angelinaaalove. I’d love to share my portfolio and socials with you!

Either way, thanks again for such a fantastic read. Hope we get to connect!

          Take care,
          Angelina
