I honestly don’t feel like writing my story anymore. Every day, I open this app, type a single word, and then my mind tells me, “Stop it. This isn’t worth it anymore. It’s not fun- do something else.” And then I close the app. I’ve been stuck in this same cycle for nearly a year now.
          	
          	I’ve even started cringing at my past work, thinking how much better it could’ve been written. I mean, who in their right mind would want to read a story written in script format- filled with grammatical mistakes- and on top of that, an anime-style narrative with fighting scenes? But still, some of you actually read it, and that truly means a lot to me.
          	
          	So, am I finally quitting? The simple answer is no, I’m not. I know some readers have found this story just “okay,” and honestly, that’s something I can’t accept. The next twenty or so chapters will finally show you why I decided to write this story in the first place- especially that one arc I’ve been waiting so patiently to bring to life.
          	
          	To the readers who are caught up with the latest chapter: I’ll be releasing five chapters together soon, so you can refresh your memory and dive right back in.

@crescendo_s Sorry for replying late, and thank you for checking in, it’s really nice of you. I occasionally come back to Wattpad to see if someone has miraculously read my story. I have a couple of incomplete chapters sitting in my drafts.
            
            I started my writing journey in September 2021, if I remember correctly, and from then until February this year, I would open Wattpad every single night, without fail, either to write or to read. But now, the desire to do either has faded.
            
            The story is still alive in my mind, waiting for me to write it, but I just don’t feel ready. I’m not sure when I’ll be back, but I will be eventually, and when that happens, you’ll see me reading your book again.
            You once said that taking a break might help. Hopefully, it will. Until then, just wait a little longer, I’m simply exhausted from Wattpad right now.

@crescendo_s Thank you for this. I still do have a lot of passion for my current story, and doesn't have the desire to write something else until I finish this one. I think I will be back to wattpad soon enough

@LuvArora25 Well, you can read published stories outside of Wattpad. And there are times when you don't feel like writing your story. At times like that, you can try writing something else entirely. A one shot story, short story, beginning of another story, particular scene, non-fiction... Anything you feel like. Writing something else or doing something else helps sometimes. 
            
            In my experience, there was a time when I got stuck writing Natasha past  chapter 17 years ago. I left it and after a while began writing More than Friends instead. I finished MTF then planned the entire story and resumed writing Natasha again and reading. Just saying you don't have to stick to one project or book for the time being if you don't feel like it. Or I guess just take a break (which you are doing I guess).

@crescendo_s I'm aware of my inactivity. These days, I open Wattpad once a day, hoping to find something that excites me — but nothing really does. The passion for reading and writing seems to have faded, and I know that until it returns, I won’t truly feel like myself again. Still, I'm trying, and I haven’t given up.

A little glimpse for the future:
          So, a total of 98 parts have been published, "parts," not chapters. The 99th part will be the finale for the Public Bombing Mini Arc. With the 100th part being a special one of sorts, some old characters will make their return for something really big to happen. Planning to release these chapters by August or September probably, lol, just kidding, will be publishing it a lot sooner.
