@partyguy42 Cause after reading your first fanfiction, it inspired me to make one where Izuku upon awakening his quirk would gain seven quirks: 
            1. ​The Sentient Elemental Warriors: Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, and Lightning—five distinct beings bonded to his soul.
            ​Plank-Ton Physique: Absolute strength, density, and power modeled after the legendary ancient hero.
            ​Elemental Master: The ability to generate, create, and combine any element at will.
            ​Class SSS Regeneration: A "Zenaki" factor where his body repairs itself from any damage, growing stronger with every break.
            ​Resonance Mimicry: The power to gain quirks from those he bonds with—with their permission—while simultaneously boosting their power.
            ​Energy Multiplier: His base stats are permanently set to a x20 multiplier.
            ​The 'Shimura' Heritage (The Lie): Registered as a "Primal Transformation" to hide his Super Saiyan status. And this happened after Goku, Vegeta, Kale, Caulifa, and Master Bang of the Flowing Fist found Izuku in critical condition that forced his Saiyan bloodline to awaken. While everyone else was at the Yagi estate getting ready to celebrate the birthday of Izumi, Inari and Izuku. But the only ones that cared was the entire hero staff of UA, Touya, his girlfriend Himiko, Grand Torino, and Tsukauchi. And this is where Izuku would begin his journey to becoming the legendary hero Goku, Vegeta and Master Bang believes he can become

Ok but I could also see an adaptation quirk working if it’s strong enough it could adapt to the excess of one for alls energy or even maybe combine with one for all making it possible to pass on again it just would have to be a strong enough quirk especially because of the whole one for all gets stronger as it’s passed on but then again one for all itself could boost the adaptation quirk and i guess the regeneration may have to be a cellular regeneration quirk since the way I see it one for all attacks the users cells or something like that which would then be the cause of aging faster and then again one for all would boost/enhance the quirk

@DragonGodCT so for adaptation i would say no, however regeneration it would depend on how tou decide to make the regeneration factor work.
