“F-for the last t-time Alistair, you don’t get the staff dis-scount anymore!” Michael crosses his arms, and cocked an eyebrow at his friend.
“And for the last time I DO!” Alistair was convinces he did (and Michael knew that Alistair knew he didn’t) even though he definitely quit his job there in the summer. Michael rolled his eyes.
“Whelp! Y-your going to have to p-pay six dollars for that f-frappe.” Alastair fumbled in his pocket for his credit card. Well it wasn’t his credit card, and he did steal from his father, but he always had it with him so it didn’t really matter.
“See! I-it Didn’t take much to pay for your..” Michael looked on the wrapper. “V-vanilla bean, extra cream and milk ice f-frappe with strawberry purée and c-caramel.”
“Vegan Vanilla Bean, extra cream and milk ice frappe with strawberry purée and caramel.” Alistair corrected, as he slid his card through the machine.
“V-vegan, huh?” Michael said. He passed Alistair his frappe.
“funnily enough, I love cows..”Alistair said, quietly.
“I l-love pigs b-but I still eat b-bacon” Alistair sighed at his friend comment.
“Goodbye Michael..” he said in a monotone voice.
“Goodbye!” Michael cheered, not stuttering for once. He waved but Alistair wasn’t looking. Michael chuckled a little.
“Mike! These drinks aren’t going to serve themselves!” Nicholas Manns yelled to his fellow barista. Right. Get a grip.
“James D-Day?”
An older man walked over to the stand to collect his espresso. Michael passed it to him with a smile but the man had a cold face as he took it and traded it for three dollars.
