I love the way you portray our African culture.
And as a writer obviously with more experience than myself, I've come to you oh wise one for advice.
How do I mix different cultures from different regions, countries and old religions to create a symbolic and iconographic context.
I want to invent an African kind of Dan Brown's the Da Vinci Code with African symbology.
I also want to blend in every African cultural and religious theme to create a uniformed and diverse African society. I want to create a context that takes us all back to the day when everyone was a nextdoor neighboor and there were no borders.
Please, I want to know your thoughts on whether I am headed the right way or if my goals are the proverbial headless cow.
          Thank you.

@CHIBUCHIE_5 Thank you so much I’m honored you value my take on African culture.

What you’re aiming for, blending African cultures, religions, and symbols into a Da Vinci Code–style story, is ambitious, but absolutely possible. Your idea of a shared, borderless African past is a brilliant anchor for mystery and symbolism.

My advice: Start with research, dive deep into the myths, rituals, and symbols from different regions, find universal themes to unify your story, and layer symbols thoughtfully. Represent each culture respectfully, and use the shared humanity of our histories to connect it all.

You’re definitely on the right path .bold, visionary, and exciting. Keep building your world carefully, and it will shine.

Thank you so much for reading, screaming, crying, and falling in love with my characters. You’ve made this world come alive with every comment and every read.

A new story is on the horizon, something fresh but still magical. As for Season 2 of the Prophecy of the Fallen Kingdom... who knows? Maybe one day I’ll return to this world—or maybe not. You’ll just have to wait and see.

          Much love,

"Was the Prophetess the Cause of the Lost Babies?"

Two precious lives lost, and a kingdom left in silence. Was it fate… or something darker?

The prophetess never stopped asking, "Wenzeni Ndlovukazi?" The question echoed through the halls, stirring something deep within the royal family. But did her words cast a shadow over the throne, or was there more at play?

Losing two children in quick succession, the pain cuts deeper than any physical wound. Could the prophetess’ constant questioning have cursed the royal bloodline? Or was it a series of cruel coincidences?

What do you think? Could the prophetess’ words have caused the miscarriages, or is there another force at play?

"Menzi, How Long Will You Run?"

The past whispers, the future calls, but Menzi keeps turning away.

He dreams of a woman—crying, holding an infant. A vision or a warning? His mother’s voice lingers:

          "You must return home, son."

But he refuses. He isn’t ready to carry the weight of a forgotten throne.

Should Menzi keep running from destiny, or will he embrace the truth before it’s too late?

What would you do in his place?

Nhlamulopretty08

@LydiaOceans19 to be honest if I was Menzi I would embrace the truth as it is i mean why keep running away from the truth that will never change. This thing its like idlozi you can't refuse it unless you are saying I will fight the underground gang

"A Throne Promised… But Never Truly His?"

Lwazi stands on the edge of destiny, a prince yet to be crowned, a king in waiting—but for how long?

"If you want this throne, you need an heir, ndodana." His father’s words echo like a warning, not advice.

The weight of the crown presses down before it even touches his head. His firstborn should have been with Langelihle, but fate whispers otherwise. The seer’s voice haunts him—she will never bear his child because she belongs to another.

Is Lwazi fighting a battle already lost? Or will he force fate to bow before him?

If you were in his place, would you fight for the throne… or walk away? Share your thoughts below! ⬇️

@LydiaOceans19 I personally think that Lwazi doesn't genuinely love Busi his just with her because she's the chosen one and I so hope that she doesn't carry his seeds. I want Lwazi to watch Menzi take over the throne and Busi away from him because they did warn him that she's not his, I would really like it when that mkhulu makes Lwazi bow for Menzi as the rightful king to the throne.

I so hope that Menzi comes to his senses very quickly cause I do know he wouldn't fail Busi and the throne
