Hello Lovelies :) 
          
          Checking in to see how everyone is doing! How has your July been? I hope not too overwhelming. Mine was a mix of both good times and stress haha. I was able to finish my second draft of Drowning Roses but didn’t make the Wattys deadline unfortunately. It’s bittersweet but I’m hoping it’s just a sign that my book has more potential with future edits and the likes. There are roughly six new chapter up for those who really enjoyed that book or are still reading it :) so I’d appreciate any and all thoughts!

          I’m excited to see where the ONC continues and if that leaves a door open for the Ambys, but that’s all really up in the air at the moment. So while I take a break from my manuscripts, a nice and necessary step away before returning to edit and write some more, I hope you all continue to do well and live life to the fullest :)

Hello Lovelies!!! 
          
          It’s been sometime since I was last super active but I hope you all are doing well!! I’ve been hunkering down for editing and rewrites on Drowning Roses to hopefully have it finished and ready to my liking for the Wattys, so we’ll see how that turns out!! It’s qualified through Round Three so I’m super excited to see if it’s able to make the Long List, but I had such a fun time writing it that I honestly just feel accomplished having finished it. 
          
          Though on top of that, I also have a sweet surprise for those of you who may have enjoyed Drowning Roses! I’ve decided to follow up that story with another, one that follows Juliette’s sister Ruby as she tries to secure her own love match, with a dash of murder and mystery added into the mix! The prologue for that is now live, so if you’d like to check it out, let me know what you think!

          Drowning Roses is finished!! Chapters 11 & 12 are up and completed and I’m honestly incredibly proud and shocked that I was able to finish it, as well as being satisfied with how it ended. It’s been a long time since I have been able to say that for a story I’ve put in a contest, but yay!!! And congratulations to all who were able to participate in the competition as even trying to write that much in three months time can be a crazy challenge. Proud of you all!!!

Hello Lovelies!! 
          
          The timer is counting down and the final opportunity  to submit entries for the ONC is nearly upon us!! Chapters 9 & 10 for Drowning Roses are up! (Lightly edited but I’ve done my best with the time I have atm) I plan to have the final two chapters finished and edited enough to hopefully be published tomorrow or right on the day of the deadline XD so wish me luck in that endeavor!!

          How has your week been?? I hope it has been going well for you all so far as it’s just the first half but who knows, a week can be ruined very quickly I’ve realized as of late. But I’m looking forward to finishing up my story for ONC and reading everyone else’s entries!!!

Hello Lovelies!! 
          
          It’s been a long month, no freaking doubt about it XD but in writing news, I have two new chapters, 7 & 8,  for Drowning Roses! Which usually doesn’t happen as I’m impatient and publish as soon as I finish one chapter haha. Big thank you to everyone who has voted, commented and followed me thus far, you are all so inspiring and sweet and I love to hear that my story is resonating. I have about three or four chapters left for this story and then it’s time for hunkering down and writing off line to hopefully prepare it for the Wattys!! I haven’t participated in them in a long time so I’m hopeful to be able to do that this year. I just hope I can do my characters justice.
