last summer i practically pulled 2 weeks of all nighters in a row (obviously not, but all-nighters in a sense that i was... up all night. i would head to bed at like 1 in the afternoon which is REALLY unhealthy)
the key to it?
juice.
juice and water.
the amount of empty juice and water bottles i had in my room by the end of that summer was insane
no caffiene
no sugar
nothing
just juice
and water
basically what im trying to say

sleep
