1. As you know, Tomura will get the body modifications that essentially made him a Nomu; and a modified and upgraded version of AFO. Albedo is the one who alters the Quirk, where the weaknesses of each Quirk Tomura steals and uses are removed and instead feed into another Quirk's power instead. For example, Fire Quirks now feed power Quirks, regeneration supports body enhancement Quirks and Sensory Quirks guide ranged attacks unconsciously and with near ease, allowing Tomura to use all of the Quirks he's stolen to their fullest potential without even having to think about it. Not only that, but this version of AFO can now also mentally link to every hero's Quirk within range to himself, not fully stealing them, but borrowing fragments of their power all at once. It's like sampling something before deciding whether or not you want to get it or not.

3. Dabi will turn into a Blue-flamed Pyronite. After Dabi’s transformation into a Pyronite was found to be temporary in the Overhaul Arc, Albedo needs to ensure the Pyronite DNA would be accepted into Dabi's own DNA. So, Albedo will have to splice a small percentage of the Pyronite DNA with Osmosian DNA he has left over from Kevin's own DNA from his previous dealings with Servantis. Even with this small percentage of Osmosian DNA, the Osmosian DNA is essentially rejecting Dabi and is mutating faster than his mind and body can handle, thus warping his mind completely because of it. This will result in him turning into a blue-flamed Pyronite-Bat hybrid during his and Shoto’s final battle.
4. Albedo will put the DNA of every single Predator inside of Gigantomachia. This gives birth to the ultimate counter to Ren’s fusions as well as his and Izuku’s normal aliens. Hence, why Devlin will need to turn into Devlin 11000 to stop him.
