My parents found a box cutter in my room and thought I was cutting myself im not I just like cutting things. Not my self but still just want to raise awareness for Self harm and you are not alone there's two ways you can use the safe word You can say "Me and my dad had spaghetti which was surprising because he's never around" Which means the people in the the sentence that I used in this is case  the dad he is putting u in danger if your in danger in your home and the people in the house are putting you in danger and then there is "Man I really want spaghetti" which means you want to harm yourself whether it be $ucide or $elf harm  and if you have any other ways to use our safe word let me know
