Hello!!! Hi, yes it has been almost half a year. And I’ve felt every second of it. I’m almost five months into my career, I’ll have been off unit orientation for two months by the end of this month. And then holidays and what not yada yada. 
          
          The IMPORTANT thing is: I’m finishing up my BSN semester tomorrow (I graduate spring 2022 ) and I realized… it’s high time to get this baby going again. I just want to read through what I have to make sure the next chapters are succinct and clear. I’ll say there is probably at least 10 chapters left, probably more so leaning towards 15. 
          
          I thank you all for the patience. I’ve missed writing immensely. It’s a part of me. 
          
          Also, if you’d like to keep up with me other ways, I’m most active on tumblr as @nurseofren. As this is an 18+ fic, I run an 18+ blog, because I am a 22 y/o woman. Use the internet safely and advisedly.

Hello. 
          
          I’ll be off orientation either by the end of September or October. I don’t think I’ll have time to write until I’ve got some semblance of a schedule with my own days. I just transitioned to nightshift as well so that has been interesting. 
          
          I will be finishing this story. Just, eventually, haha. Be patient with me in this period of my life. I promise to deliver a story worth finishing.

          Just a small update. No need to fear as I think is always associated w longer time periods between postings. I will finish this story. There’s probably 15-20 chapters/75k words left to go. 
          
          My first shift as an official RN is Sunday and I will be focusing on getting into the swing of things w my career/bachelor’s classes/self-care regimen.

          I don’t post post-notes on here like I do on AI3, so most of you do not know that I was in nursing school up until this past week. I graduated on Friday and will be taking my licensure exam within the next six weeks. 
          
          I plan and hope to have chapter 29 posted by next Sunday, the 23rd, because I have a trip to see a friend at the end of that week.
