Don't take your sleep for granted. A year and a half ago I had horrible insomnia. When it went away, I was so relieved. Mostly because my grades went up, I looked and felt healthier, and my friends came back. Sitting the last couple of weeks it has been crawling back to me. I can't sleep, I have bruises on my legs for some reason. I'm definitely not asking for sympathy, im just saying, don't take your sleep for granted. I know there's many people on here who too have, or has had insomnia or some kind of anxiety keeping you awake.
